金红石型纳米二氧化钛的制备
Preparation Activity of Rutile Nanosized Titania
【摘要】 采用CO(NH2)2控制TiCl4的水解过程,在常温常压下制备出了纳米TiO2.经XRD表征所制产品晶相为纯金红石相,晶粒平均尺寸小于10 nm,并在此基础上探索了最佳制备条件.
【Abstract】 By Controlling the hydrolysis of titanium tetrachloride with adding CO(NH2)2,nanosized titania was prepared under room temprature and common pressure.The products were characterized by XRD.XRD results show that the crystalline phase is pure rutile;and its primary particle size is less than 10 nm;also the optimum conditions are researched.
