【Abstract】 This paper compares health workers’ distribution and economical development in western China with those of eastern and central regions.The findings show that the distribution of health human resources in the three regions demonstrates huge difference because of economical development level,with the eastern region having the best resources and the western region the worst.On this basis,the paper puts forward compensation strategy for the reform and development of health system in western China so that a health system that meets the requirements of the western development drive will be constructed.更多还原
