水泥悬浮液pH变化与凝结时间关系的研究

【摘要】 研究了广西各地不同水泥厂60种水泥的悬浮液pH值与凝结性能的关系。结果表明,使用草酸标准溶液作悬浮液外加剂后,在全部样品不做任何甄别的条件下,水泥悬浮液pH值与凝结时间的最佳线性关系出现在反应0.3—0.4 min左右。对样品进行分类后,悬浮液pH值与凝结时间的线性关系更强,最大相关系数对应的反应时间仍然在0.3—0.4 min左右。研究表明,研究水泥的水化活性可以了解水泥的凝结性能,研究所采用的方法可为生产企业快速预测水泥凝结性能提供新的尝试。

【Abstract】 Cement suspension pH tested has been conducted for 60 samples from different manufacturers in Guangxi,and the results were correlated with initial and final setting time of cements.Results indicated that,with oxalic acid as additive in pH measurement and no classification of samples,the best linear correlation appeared in 0.3—0.4 minute of hydration.When samples were classified the correlation of pH with initial and final setting time could be strengthened,and the best-correlated hydration time was also 0.3—0.4 minute.This investigation also indicated that,by cement hydraulic reactivity study its setting property could be predicted,and the method reported in this paper could be considered as a new attempt to predict the setting properties of cements in manufacturing.
