【Abstract】 Relative issues present in intelligent building construction processes have been discussed in this paper.It has been indicated that intelligent building construction is a systemic project,which must be considered from the aspects of demand analysis,plan systematic design,and project implement.The existing intelligent systems need to be maintained from both equipment running and equipment maintenance.Only in this way can the intelligent buildings offer a safe,highly efficient,comfortable and convenient building environment to human being.更多还原
