【Abstract】 From the point of abstract way and specific way,the evaluation index system of national and international urban circular economy,the developing mode,the current status of law and regulations,and the specific executing policies or measures,have been illustrated in this paper.Through comparison and analysis,the shortages in developing Circular Economy in the national cities have been found out.Meanwhile,the outlook and problems for further research are given out.更多还原
