中国—东盟自由贸易区相关协议的法律适用

【摘要】 中国—东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)战略目标的确立标志着中国与东盟的关系进入了一个崭新的历史阶段,与CAFTA相关的诸多协议则是建立和完善CAFTA的法律基础。本文以CAFTA为立足点,对CAFTA协议的法律适用问题发表了自己的一些看法。

【Abstract】 The strategic objective of building China—ASEAN Free Trade Area(CAFTA)marks that the relation between China and ASEAN has entered a brand-new historical period.The agreements related to CAFTA is the law basis of building and perfecting CAFTA then.In this paper,the author takes China—ASEAN Free Trade Area as foothold,discusses some- thing about the legal application of these agreements.
