【Abstract】 "Brokeback Mountain" describes a story of "deeply love". Although the story is taken from the American homoerotism, the idea, tact, artistic conception and tone of the story are filled with Chinese taste. Ang Lee narrates a story of the homosexual love between American western bull-punchers. Across the cultural barriers, Ang Lee uses the way of western people’s understanding to show the oriental ethic. At the same time, he uses the unique understanding of Chinese to reoccure the western culture.
