【Abstract】 Considering the main factors which prevent Tangshan from building itself into a major cultural city, this paper maintained that Tangshan should carry out its reform and construction from the following aspects: it should deepen the reform of cultural management system to prompt its cultural development; it should go all out for developing cultural industries to make its culture more prosperous; it should reinforce the study of its culture and the construction of cultural people and facilities; and finally it should build its universities to enable them to fulfill their roles in the development of scientific technology, culture and economy.更多还原
