【Abstract】 Based on the comprehensive and systematical survey on the affect factors of librarians’ happiness-index, this paper establishes a model that the dependent factor is librarians’ happiness-index by means of a multiple regression analysis. There are 11 independent factors, including work value, gaining satisfaction, organizational atmosphere satisfaction, manager satisfaction, emotional commitment, continual commitment, education, age, family annual income and area.
