近代中国图书馆关于公平使用图书馆资源的思想

【摘要】 近代中国图书馆事业和图书馆学从无到有,再到兴盛,图书馆学家们作出了巨大的贡献。图书馆学界以及关注图书馆事业的各界的专家对如何有效利用图书馆资源提出了深刻的见解,直到今天仍然值得我们借鉴。

【Abstract】 The experts in library science had made huge contribution for the modern Chinese library undertaking and library science start from scratch and prosperity.The experts in library science and all walks of concerning the library undertaking had put forward the deep views how to use the library resources effectively.
