碱土金属氧化物复合代替氧化铅研制无铅釉上彩熔剂

【摘要】 以碱-硼-硅系统为基础,加入碱土金属氧化物复合助熔剂,研制无铅釉上彩熔剂。其彩烤温度为720~780℃,利于色剂呈色,光泽度好,耐酸性强,各种性能达到了铅熔剂的效果。

【Abstract】 With alkali-voron-silicon as the basis and addition of alkaline earth composite fluxing agent,a kind of leadless fluxing agent is developed.With the decorating firing temperature of 720-780°C,an effect of bright and stable color,good golssiness and high acid-resistance equals that of lead fluxing agent.
