【Abstract】 This paper has taken a detailed analysis of journal papers of nitrate accumulation in vegetable during 1994 to 2004,which is based on bibliometrics and content analysis methods,emphatically analyzed the themes,chronological distribution and authors of these papers.Through this analysis,the author pointed out the development trend and the remaining problem in this research field.更多还原
