毛白杨叶片愈伤组织的诱导、芽的分化及不定根的再生

【摘要】 以毛白杨叶片为外植体进行组织培养研究。结果表明:培养基MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L有利于愈伤组织的诱导;培养基MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L诱导愈伤组织并且有大量不定芽发生;培养基MS+ZT 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L可使叶片生根率达100%。

【Abstract】 The leaves of Populus Tomentosa were used as explants to research the tissue culture.The results indicated that: MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/L had the best effect on callus induction;the best medium for callus induction and bud generation was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L;the best medium for generation of adventitious roots of leave is MS + ZT 0.1 mg/L + NAA 0.3 mg/L and the rooting rate reached 100%.
