喜光花叶挥发油的化学成分研究
Studies on Chemical Constituents of the Essential Oil from the Leaves of Actephila merrilliana
【摘要】 利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对喜光花叶挥发油成分进行了分析,结果分得19个化合物,占挥发油总量的95.35%。含量最高的是n-棕榈酸(37.61%),其次为3,8-二甲基-十二烷(7.28%)、四十四烷(5.07%)、溴二十二烷(4.55%)和1,54-二溴五十四烷(4.30%)。
【Abstract】 The essential oil from the leaves of Actephila merrilliana was analyzed by GC-MS and 19 compounds were identified in the oil.The major constituents are 3,8-dimethyldecane (7.28%),detratetracontane(5.07%),1-bromodocosane (4.55%) and 1,54-dibromotetrapentacontane(4.30%).The content (37.61%) of n-hexadecanoic acid is the highest.
