【摘要】 目的:探讨肘关节叉状成形术治疗肘关节结核的手术特点及术后疗效。方法:自1973～2002年16例肘关节结核患者行肘关节叉状成形术,获得随访9例9肘,手术时平均年龄(43.22±8.90)岁(33～56岁),手术指征为严重疼痛、关节僵硬、畸形或窦道,术后均使用抗结核药1年,随访(9.22±3.27)年(4～13年)。以HSS肘关节评分标准进行疗效评价。结果:随访时5肘无疼痛,4肘轻度疼痛,平均屈伸活动范围90度。HSS评分:术前(22.22±6.18)分,术后(84.67±7.73)分,其中优3肘,良4肘,可2肘。结论:肘关节叉状成形术是治疗肘关节结核的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of elbow fork-like arthroplasty in patients with tuberculosis of the elbow joint. Methods: Between 1973 and 2002, sixteen patients with tuberculosis of the elbow joint were treated with elbow fork arthroplasty, of which nine patients with nine elbows were followed up for 4～13 years. The mean age of the patients at the time of surgery was 43.22 years. The indications for surgery were severe pain, stiffness, deformation or sinus. The average length of follow-up was 9.22 years. The curative effect were evaluated by the HSS elbow scoring system. Results: The mean duration of postoperative hospitalization was 14 days. Five elbows had no pain, while four elbows had mild pain. The mean arc of flexion-extension movement was 90.00 degrees. The mean HSS elbow score was 84.67 points. Excellent results were achieved in three elbows, while four elbows had good outcome, and two elbows fair. Conclusion: Most cases achieve good to excellent outcome with the use of elbow fork-like arthroplasty for the treatment of tuberculosis of the elbow joint. And the elbow fork arthroplasty is a effective method for treating tuberculosis of the elbow joint.更多还原
