【Abstract】 A sensitive and reliable procedure for analysis of metolazone in human urine by HPLC-MS was describes.The extraction recovery of liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) at various pH were studied.The detection limit of the compound was below 0.2ng at absolute amount.It is suitable for metolazone screening and confirmation in doping control.
