L-色氨酸功能化多壁碳纳米管的制备与表征
Preparation and Characterization of L-Tryptophan Functionalized Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes
【摘要】 采用L-色氨酸作为修饰剂,制备了一种新型功能化的多壁碳纳米管,并对其进行了表征。红外光谱和电化学实验均证实碳纳米管和色氨酸是通过酰胺键共价键合的。其中,循环伏安实验中0V附近羧基峰的消失与红外光谱中N-酰化氨基酸的—C=O峰的形成相对应,证明了共价键的形成。
【Abstract】 Using tryptophan as the modifying reagent,a new kind of functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNT) was prepared.The product was characterized with SEM and FT-IR spectrum.Both the IR and electrochemical experiments proved that tryptophan and MWNT covalently bonded with each other through amide bonds.The disappearance of carboxyl peak on cyclic voltammograms at about 0 V was corresponding to the formation of Nacyl amino acid.
