货车轮对轴颈卸荷槽超声波探伤问题分析

【摘要】 对3起货车RD2轮对轴颈卸荷槽冷切事故进行了分析,指出了目前轴颈卸荷槽超声波探伤中存在的问题,并提出了改进建议。

【Abstract】 The three cold cut accidents in the relief grooves in axle journals of RD2 freight car wheelsets are analyzed.The problems existing in the supersonic flaw detection on the relief grooves in axle journals at present are pointed out.And suggestions for improvement are given.
