【摘要】 以苏州农民工群体为对象的调查显示,农民工在工作时间、工作环境和报酬待遇等权益方面不同程度地受到侵害,而农民工害怕失去工作机会,维权成本过高,维权知识缺乏以及维权意识淡薄等因素制约着农民工维权意识的提高。因此,我们应当唤醒和提高城市农民工的维权意识,并为维权提供良好的制度环境,从而真正改变农民工群体权益受损的状况,实现其向现代市民群体的转化。更多还原

【Abstract】 An investigation into migrant workers in Suzhou indicates that their interests have been harmed with regard to their working hours,their working environment and their work pay,and that their consciousness of maintaining their rights has not been raised for fear that they may lose their jobs,and their tights protection may be too costly.And therefore,we should raise their consciousness of defending their own rights,set up a system of rights protection so as to prevent the interests of migrant workers from being harmed.更多还原
