邻苯二甲醛柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法检测珍珠粉中的氨基酸含量

【摘要】 目的测定珍珠粉中的氨基酸含量。方法邻苯二甲醛(OPA)柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法,采用荧光检测,梯度洗脱。结果该法在28 min之内分离出15种氨基酸。结论该法样品用量少、灵敏度高、线性范围宽、重现性好,适于分离大量样品。

【Abstract】 Objective In this paper,we determined amino acids in pearl powder.Methods A manual pre-column derivation procedure has been developed by reversed-phase HPLC with O-phthalaldehyde and fluorescence detector.Results More than 15 amino acids were separated within 28 min.Conclusion The method is sensitive,precise and shows good repeatability.
