【摘要】 目的研究p504S、p63、survivin蛋白在前列腺病变组织中的表达及生物学意义,并探讨其相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法对50例前列腺癌(PCa)、15例良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中p504S、p63、survivin进行联合检测。结果15例BPH组织的p63阳性表达率为100%(15/15),p504S、survivin染色皆呈阴性;50例PCa组织的p504S的阳性表达率为94%(47/50),survivin阳性表达率为70%(35/50),p504S阳性强度表达明显高于survivin,p63阳性表达率为6%(3/50);三例Pca的p63阳性表达中二例为转移癌伴复发、一例为复发癌,且p504S、survivin均呈阳性表达。同时其survivin阳性强度表达不仅高于p504S阳性强度,而且高于其他PCa的阳性强度。三种蛋白在BPH、PCa组织中的阳性表达率存在显著差异(P=0.000)。结论p63阴性表达、p504阳性表达是诊断前列腺癌的重要指标,而survivin阳性表达趋势可能在鉴别转移癌或预后具有重要意义,因此,p63、p504S和survivin联合检测可提高前列腺癌诊断的准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and the clinical pathological significance of survivin,p504S and p63 proteins in prostatic pathologic change and to explore their correlation.Method SP immuno-histochemical method was adopted to carry out combined tests of p504S,p63 and survivin in 50 patients with prostatic cancer(PCa)and 15 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Result The positive expression rate of p63 in the 15 cases of BPH tissue was 100%(15/15),and the staining of p504s and survivin appeared negative.The positive expression rates of p504S,survivin,and p63 in the 50 cases of PCa tissue were 94%(47/50),70%(35/50)and 6%(3/50)respectively.The positive expression of p504S was significantly higher than that of survivin.While p63 positive expression was only in 3 cases with Pca 6%,among these 3 Pca patients,the positive expression of p63 in 2 cases was accompanied with metastasis carcinoma recurrence,and the other 1 case with cancer return;and the expressions of p504S and survivin were also highly positive.Meanwhile the intensity of survivin positive expression was higher than that of p504S and also higher than that of other PCa.There were significant differences in the expressions of these 3 proteins in BPH and PCa tissues(P=0.000).Conclusion The p63 negative expression and the p504S positive expression are the important indexes in diagnosiis of PCa,the survivin positive expression is important in differentiating carcinoma metastaticum and prognosis,and hence the combined tests of p63,p504S and survivin can improve the accurate rate of diagnosing PCa.更多还原
