【摘要】 目的:比较Sysmex XE-2100血液分析仪与Abbott Cell-Dyn3700血液分析仪两者的测定结果并作出评价。方法:分别用Sysmex XE-2100血液分析仪与Abbott Cell-Dyn3700血液分析仪同时测定136例住院患者静脉血标本,并将两者测定结果比较,然后将90例标本与显微镜白细胞分类结果进行相关性分析。38份经镜检确认含NRBC的标本,同时用Sysmex XE-2100与Abbott Cell-Dyn3700进行测定,观察两者的测定结果。结果:Sysmex XE-2100与Abbott Cell-Dyn3700血液分析仪的测定结果相关性良好;在NRBC方面,Sysmex XE-2100的假阴性率比Abbott Cell-Dyn3700为低;两者白细胞分类结果与显微镜计数结果相关性都良好,Sysmex XE-2100中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞相关系数(r)为0.9859,0.9775,0.8053,0.8695,0.5243(P<0.01);Abbott Cell-Dyn3700的r分别为0.9798,0.9750,0.8052,0.6531,0.3568(P<0.01)。结论:Sysmex XE-2100血液分析仪和Ab-bott Cell-Dyn3700血液分析仪是较为理想的血液分析仪,可以满足不同常规实验室的不同需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the capability of Sysmex XE-2100 and Abbott Cell-Dyn 3700,automated hematology analyzer.Methods 136 specimens were analyzed by Sysmex XE-2100 and Abbott Cell-Dyn 3700 hematology analyzer,then compared with the results.The differential WBC of venous blood samples for 90 specimens of NRBC were counted Nucleated Red Blood Cells by Sysmex XE-2100 and Abbott Cell-Dyn 3700 and compared with the results.Results There was significant correlation in the results between the test of Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer and Abbott Cell-Dyn 3700 hematology analyzer.The false negative of XE-2100 is lower than Cell-Dyn 3700.The correlation coefficient of the classification of leukocytes by Sysmex XE-2100 and Abbott Cell-Dyn 3700 hematology analyzer with microscopy for neutrophils,lymphocytes,monocytes,eosinophils and basophils were 0.985 9,0.977 5,0.805 3,0.869 5,0.524 3(P<0.01)and 0.979 8,0.975 0,0.805 2,0.653 1,0.356 8(P<0.01).Conclusion Sysmex XE-2100 hematology analyzer and Abbott Cell-Dyn 3700 hematology analyzer are both perfect,they can be good for the different laboratories of different requirement in the hospital.更多还原
