价值工程在高校政府采购中的应用

【摘要】 在高校实行政府采购过程中,利用价值工程技术是降低成本提高经济效益的有效办法。

【Abstract】 In the process of higher school’s government purchase,making use of the value engineering technique is a valid way of deereasing cost and raising an economic benefit.
