针翅管表冷器传热性能试验及其强化传热特性

【摘要】 介绍了新型整体翅片管及其表冷器的强化传热试验,获得了针翅侧空气传热膜系数与压降以及表冷器总传热系数与翅侧压降之间的关系。与常见的JW10-4型和KL-1型表冷器相比较,针翅管表冷器总传热系数可提高40%~80%,而翅侧压降减少30%。

【Abstract】 The integral pin-fin tube and surface air cooler of this tube are experimented to enhanced heat transfer.By means of experiment and theory to get the heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop of fin side.It was testified that the integral pin-fin tube surface air cooler is enhance heat transfer than that of surface air cooler of type JW10-4 and KL-1.The overall heat transfer coefficient could be enhanced up to 1.4~1.8 fold,and the pressure drop of fin side was degraded to be 30 percent.
