扁管管内流动与传热的三维数值模拟

【摘要】 通过数值计算考察了几种扁管和普通圆管的管内流动与传热性能。计算时采用标准k-ε模型。结果表明,在换热管入口质量流量相同且壁面温度恒定时,扁管的表面传热系数和进出口温差均高于圆管,说明扁管是一种强化传热元件。扁管的压降比普通圆管的高,所以实际应用中应综合考虑流量大小和扁管的承压能力。

【Abstract】 The flow and heat transfer properties of several flat tubes were numerically studied.The laminar flow and heat transfer were simulated by the k-ε model.Result shows that the surface heat transfer coefficient,temperature difference between inlet and outlet were all higher than round tube,when mass flow rate was equal at inlet of flat tubes and round tube and wall temperature was invariable.Therefore,the flat tube is a kind of effective heat transfer enhancement element.Pressure between inlet and outlet of flat-tube was higher than round tube,so we should take flow rate and bearing capability into account to choose proper one practicably.
