内压作用下含内表面环向裂纹光滑弯管的应力强度因子
Stress Intensity Factor of Circumferential Annular Cracks in Bend Pipe under Internal Pressure
【摘要】 应用大型通用有限元分析软件Ansys,建立含内表面环向裂纹的光滑弯管在内压作用下的模型,计算出不同裂纹尺寸的应力强度因子和形状因子,绘制曲线并进行分析,其结果可供工程安全评定使用。
【Abstract】 A finite element model of circumferential annular cracks in piping elbow has been built.The stress intensity factors of these cracks have been calculated with different crack length under internal pressure.The model and calculations are finished by the finite element program Ansys.By these calculations,the study deduced the shape factor,drew the curves and analyzed the result.The result can be used in safety assessment engineering.
