500万t/a常减压蒸馏装置减压炉施工技术

【摘要】 结合华北石化500万t/a常减压蒸馏装置的核心设备即减压炉的施工实践,阐述了该工程的特点和总体施工程序。减压炉施工分为钢结构安装、炉管组焊和衬里施工3部分,文章分别从这几方面介绍了具体施工方法和关键技术。针对该炉体衬里在冬季施工的情况,通过分析设计采用的衬里材料的特性,对衬里结构进行了合理优化,并采取了有效的冬季施工措施,简化了施工程序,提高了施工速度,保证了质量,减压炉烘炉、试运、投产一次成功,并一直安全平稳运行。

【Abstract】 Based on the construction practice of a decompression furnace of 500×104 t/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation equipment in Huabei Petrochemical Company, this paper expatiates on the characteristics and overall construction procedure of the project, and introduces the concrete construction methods and key techniques of decompression furnace in aspects of steel structure installation, furnace tube assembly welding and lining construction. Concerning the construction environment in winter, the analysis on characteristics of the lining material adopted in the design is performed and the optimization for lining structure is carried out. The effective measures suitable for winter construction are adopted to simplify the construction process, speed up the construction progress and ensure its quality.
