【摘要】 目的研究国产鞘液的自主配方及其在SE-9000全自动血液分析仪上的应用。方法优选国产鞘液的配方组成;以国产鞘液与进口原装鞘液对进口配套的全血质控物、新鲜血液标本作系统的比对实验。结果国产鞘液与进口原装鞘液的各项检测结果基本一致,无显著性差异,P>0.05;两者间的相关系数均大于0.983,相关性良好;各检测项目的回归方程中,斜率均大于0.981,且截距非常小。结论国产鞘液实验结果准确、重复性良好、质量稳定,能替代进口原装鞘液用于SE-9000全自动血液分析仪的配套使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Research on domestic sheath autonomous formula and its application on SE-9000 automatic blood instrument.Method Select domestic sheath formula and use domestic sheath and imported original sheath to do systematic comparative experiments on imported whole blood controller and fresh blood sample.Result There islittle difference between all the checking results of domestic sheath and imported original sheath,with P>0.05.The relative coefficient between the two areover 0.983,so the relativity is good.In every checking programme’s circle equation,the leaping rates are all over 0.981 and the distance is extremely small.Conclusion The experimental results of domestic sheath experiment are accurate with good repeating ability and stable quality,so it can takethe place of imported original sheath,and can be applied in SE-9000 automaticblood instrument’s working.更多还原
