【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the recent academic research progress about the relationship between institution and growth.Based on the provincial panel data during 1987-2003,this paper reexamines the argument that institutional change promoting economic growth.First,the paper constructs annual institution index using principal component analysis for every province,and designs the instrumental variables for institution,mineral resource endowment and foreign market access.The authors confirm there is the positive effect from the market-oriented institution transformation to provincial economic growth.更多还原
