接枝共聚物对聚丙烯/尼龙6共混物结构和性能的影响
Effect of Structure and Performance of Graft Copolymer to Polypropylene/Polyamide 6
【摘要】 采用4种接枝共聚物作为增容剂来提高PP/PA6共混物相容性。研究了不同类型接枝共聚物对PP/PA6共混物加工性能的影响,同时也探讨了接枝共聚物对PP/PA6共混物微观结构变化的影响。结果表明:PP/PA6共混物为热力学不相容的海-岛型两相结构,接枝共聚物的加入改善了PP与PA6的相容性,使两相分散均匀,对PP/PA6共混物的性能具有一定的改善作用。
【Abstract】 Four graft copolymer were used as compatilizer to improve compatibleness of PP/PA6 blend.The effect of grafting copolymer to processing performance of polypropylene/polyamide blend was studied.At the same time,the graft copolymer to polypropylene/polyamide blend of microstructure was discussed.The results showed that PP/PA6 was a distinct two-phase in compatible bleding system in thermodynamics.The adding of graft copolymer could greatly improve its compatibility and performance.
