【摘要】 高强聚乙烯纤维是世界公认的三大高科技纤维之一,广泛应用于国防军需装备领域、高性能体育器材和特殊工程加固、人造关节和韧带等民用领域。大成公司从1996年开始进行研发,在实践中大胆探索,不断创新,努力攻关,历经4年的艰辛努力,终于在1999年实现了高强聚乙烯纤维的产业化,填补了国内空白,打破了发达国家技术垄断的局面。2005年大成高强聚乙烯纤维及复合材料产量已达1500吨,位居世界第三,产品已远销欧美、中东及南非等40多个国家和地区,深受国际市场欢迎,为企业带来了效益,为国家争得了荣誉。文章对大成公司高强聚乙烯纤维及其复合材料开发情况做了较为详细的介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Well known as one of the three high tech fibers in the world,the high strength polyethylene(HS-PE) fiber is widely used for military and defense purpose,as well as civilian products such as high performance sporting goods,special reinforcement materials,manmade joints and ligamenta.Since 1996,the Dacheng company had committed in the R&D of HS-PE fibers and realized the industrialization in 1999,which was a break-through technology in China.The company produced 1,500 tons of HS-PE fibers and composites,ranking the third globally and sold to more than forty countries and regions including Europe,North America,Mid East and South Africa.A detailed introduction of the R&D of HS-PE fibers and composites by Dacheng company was presented.更多还原
