【摘要】 目的:总结湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗小儿烧伤的临床效果。方法:将503例不同面积及深度的烧伤患儿应用MEBO治疗,观察创面恢复情况及患儿对治疗的反应。结果:除2例入院前非正规使用MEBO导致创面加深的患儿采取植皮愈合外,其他病例均非手术治愈,474例未留瘢痕,29例遗留少许瘢痕,功能恢复良好,且治疗过程中不出血、疼痛轻,无一例发生感染。结论:MEBO是适合治疗小儿烧伤的理想药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the efficacy of MEBO in treating pediatric burn cases.Method:Collecting 503 cases of pediatric burn with different area and depth treated with MEBO,then observing wound healing and reaction of the patients.Results:Except with 2 cases who had been treated with MEBO hut nonstandard procedures that resulted in wound turned more deep so as to need skin grafting,all other rest were healed spontaneonsly without surgical operation. 474 cases have no scar,29 have a little scar,but function was good.No bleeding,no infection and only slight pain were observed during the treatment.Conclusion:MEBO is an idea topic drug to treat pediatric burn.更多还原
