【摘要】 目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在要幼儿肛瘘瘘管切除术后创面的应用效果。方法:运用ME- BO外敷治疗瘘管切除术后刨面,以百多帮作为对照,观察两组愈合时间与止痛效果。结果:MEBO组愈合时间明显短于百多帮组,有非常显著差异,且止痛效果明显。结论:MEBO可促进肛瘘术后创面愈合,具有良好的止痛效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating wounds post anal fistulectomy of infants.Meth- od:In the treatment group,MEBO was applied to the wounds post fistulectomy and in the control group,Bai Duo Bang Oint- ment was applied.The efficacy of the 2 drugs was compared.Result:MEBO was superior to Bai Duo Bang Ointment in terms of wound healing time and pain stopping effect.The difference between the 2 groups was very significant.Conclusion: MEBO can promote healing of the wounds post anal fistulectomy.It has very good pain relieving effect.更多还原
