【摘要】 目的:探讨湿性医疗技术在严重烧伤合并多器官功能不全的治疗中策略。方法:自1998年至2005年共收治严重烧伤合并多器官功能不全的病人12人,进行以烧伤湿性医疗技术为核心的综合治疗。结果:治愈9人,死亡3人。结论:严重烧伤合并多器官功能不全的病人的救治必须进行综合治疗;创面采用烧伤湿性医疗技术处理是救治成功的基础;及早行透析治疗,加强营养支持及各器官功能维护,采用中医药治疗等是救治过程中不容忽视的重要环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the tactics for application of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of severe burn complicat- ed by multiple organ insufficiency.Method:In the period from 1998 to 2005,12 patients with severe burn complicated by multiple organ insufficiency were treated in our hospital.MEBT/MEBO was the core of the comprehensive treatment.Re- sult:9 patients were cured and 3 died.Conclusion:Patients with severe burn complicated by multiple organ insufficiency should be treated with comprehensive treatment.Proper application of MEBT/MEBO is the key to the success of the treat- ment.Early application of dialysis therapy and strengthened nutrition support are necessary.Measures for maintenance of the function of organs and Chinese medicine treatment are also important.更多还原
