从甘蔗滤泥中提取植物甾醇的研究

【摘要】 介绍了植物甾醇的国内外研究现状,探索了以亚硫酸法糖厂的甘蔗滤泥为原料提取植物甾醇的工艺条件,得到了蔗脂和植物甾醇粗品,对植物甾醇粗品进行了精制,得到了精制植物甾醇产品,并对蔗脂和精制植物甾醇产品的组成作了初步分析。

【Abstract】 The present condition of domestic and international research on phytosterol is overviewed.The processing conditions of extracting phytosterol using filter mud of cane sugar factory as raw material is studied,cane lipid and crude phytosterol is extracted and crude phytosterol is refined.Further more,the composition of cane lipid and refined phytosterol is analyzed primarily in this paper.
