【摘要】 目的探讨雾化吸入普米克令舒及博利康尼治疗儿童支气管哮喘的效果。方法162例年龄2.5~12.0岁支气管哮喘病儿随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组吸入普米克令舒和博利康尼,对照组采用氨茶碱加地塞米松静脉滴注,观察两组治疗前后临床症状缓解程度及住院天数。结果治疗组治疗后住院天数及临床疗效与对照组比较,差异有显著性(uc=3.67,t′=3.62,P<0.01)。结论雾化吸入普米克令舒及博利康尼治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Pulmicort Respules and brincanyl inhalation on acute episode asthma in children. Methods This study consisted of 162 asthmatic patients,aged from 2.5 to 12.0 years,were randomly divided into two groups.Those in control group were given intravenous aminophylline and dexamethasone;those in treated group,with Pulmicort Respules and bruncanyl inhalation.The relief of clinical symptoms after the treatment and the hospital stay in the two groups were compared. Results The symptom relief was better and hospital stay shorter in treated group compared with the controls(uc=3.67,t′=3.62,P<0.01). Conclusion The effect is significant by inhaling Pulmicort Respules and brincanyl for acute bronchial asthma.更多还原
