【摘要】 调查发现,扩招后的体育教育训练学研究生的培养质量,总体上处于上升的发展态势,但在培养方式上还存在一些问题。针对发现的问题,采取相应的对策,解决培养目标与社会需求、培养投入与高层次人才需求、培养方式与实践能力、以及导师队伍建设等问题,促进研究生的专业技术水平的提高,提升研究生各个方面的能力,增加应聘时的竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The investigation suggests that after increasing enrollment,the quality of fostering postgraduate was improving but with some problems of training ways.The author finds out corresponding countermeasure to solve problems such as training aim and social demand,training investment and needs of high-level talents,training ways and practical ability as well as construction of supervisors,in order to improve postgraduates’ professional technical level and enhance competitive abiltity to be employed.更多还原
