公共体育设施推行PFI融资模式的SWOT分析与对策

【摘要】 运用SWOT分析法,系统分析了我国公共体育设施建设推行PFI融资模式所具有的优势和劣势、所面临的机会和威胁,并提出了促进公共体育设施建设引进PFI项目的发展对策。

【Abstract】 With the method of SWOT,this essay systematically analyzes the strengths and weakness,the opportunities and threats in PFI financing pattern in public sports facilities.It puts forward countermeasures which will promote public sports facilities building by introducing PFI project.
