杂质离子对高温下C11A7·CaF2的形成与稳定性的影响
The Effect of Doped Ions on the Formation and Stability of C11A7·CaF2 at High Temperature
【摘要】 本文主要研究了Fe2O3、MgO、BaO和ZnO等杂质离子对C11A7·CaF2的形成和稳定性的影响。结果表明杂质离子对C11A7·CaF2的形成和稳定性的影响视杂质离子的种类和其掺量而异。铁或镁的氧化物的掺入,使得C11A7·CaF2熔融温度降低,产物中C11A7·CaF2生成量减少;掺入氧化钡后,由于钡会与样品中铝组分化合形成BaAl2O4,因而也使得C11A7·CaF2生成量减少;氧化锌可以有效地促进样品中CaO的吸收,且不影响C11A7·CaF2的最终生成数量,氧化锌除可少量固溶于C11A7·CaF2中外,其余大部分则是以游离ZnO(红锌矿)形式存在。
【Abstract】 The effect of doped ions on the formation and stability of C11A7·CaF2 at high temperature was investigated. The results show that the effect of doped ions on the formation and stability of C11A7·CaF2 is depended on the kind and amount of doped ions. The melting point and formed amount of C11A7·CaF2 is decreased when Fe2O3 or MgO is doped. With the addition of BaO the formed amount of C11A7·CaF2 is also reduced due to the decrease of aluminum content available for the formation of C11A7·CaF2 due to the reaction between BaO and aluminum oxide. The addition of ZnO can effectively promote the decrease of free CaO content in the reaction system and has no visible influence on the formed amount of C11A7·CaF2. Most of doped ZnO exist in the form of free ZnO only with a little being combined with C11A7·CaF2 to form solid solution.
