【摘要】 核心竞争力理论作为20世纪90年代以来最有价值的战略管理理念之一,近年来正逐步引入高等教育领域,成为高等院校寻求发展、应对竞争的新思路。但总的看来,高等院校对核心竞争力概念的理解并不完全准确,对核心竞争力理论的把握也不够系统、深入,基本处在简单借用概念的起步阶段。文章对核心竞争力的内涵、要素、形成机制等几个基本问题做了进一步的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theory of core competence,which is one of the most valuable strategy management thoughts since 1990,has been introduced to the field of higher education step by step,and is becoming a new way for the university to buck for development and handle the competence.However,generally many universities’ understanding of core competence is not exact,the grasp of the theory is not deep and systematic,so the research is basically on the primary stage.This article is mainly about several basic problems including the concept,the contents,and the forming mechanism of the core competence of the university.更多还原
