【摘要】 本试验通过添加酵母细胞壁(YCW)研究其在异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)饲料中的应用效果。结果表明,饲料中添加0.10%酵母细胞壁饲喂15d后,试验组血清SOD活性极显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01);饲喂30d后试验组血清溶菌酶活性显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);饲喂60d后试验组背肌中RNA/DNA较空白对照组提高12.18%(P>0.05);饲喂60d后试验组前肠皱褶高度极显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01)。表明饲料中添加0.10%酵母细胞壁对异育银鲫的非特异性免疫力具有明显的促进作用,对其背肌中RNA/DNA和肠道发育也具有一定的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment,the effect of adding 0.10 % yeast cell wall(YCW)in diets of Carassius auratus gibelio were studied.The results indicated that:at the fifteenth day after adding YCW,the serum SOD activities of experimental group in Carassius auratus gibelio was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01);at the thirtieth day after adding YCW,the serum lysozyme activities of experimental group in Carassius auratus gibelio was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05);at the sixtieth day after adding YCW,the back muscle RNA/DNA of experimental group was increased by 12.18 %(P > 0.05);the height of the plica mucosa was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).These results showed that the diet supplemented with 0.10 % YCW could improve the non-specific immune functions,the back muscle RNA/DNA and the structure of foregut of Carassius auratus gibelio.更多还原
