【摘要】 区域科技进步与经济发展的协调性评价是区域科技发展评价的重要内容之一。本文根据科技与经济协调性的内涵,通过构建指标体系,以我国大陆的31个省份为例,对其科技与经济的协调性进行实证评估。评估结果显示,我国大陆各省份之间的科技、经济发展水平差异显著,呈现明显的空间分异规律,科技与经济的协调发展水平总体上不高。根据科技进步指数和经济发展指数的排名,同时考虑到各省区科技、经济发展的历史基础、未来趋势,可以把大陆31个省份划分为五大类型:发达协调型、发展协调型、落后协调型、科技领先型、经济领先型。作者分别阐述了这五大类型的基本特点、未来发展趋势和工作定位。更多还原

【Abstract】 The valuation for the corresponding of regional economics and S&T is one of the important content of the valuation for regional S&T progress.According to the inner of the corresponding of economics and S&T,selecting Chinese 31provinces for example,through constructing valuation index series,this paper values the corresponding of Chinese 31 provinces’ economics and S&T.The valuation result tells us that,there are large differences in the corresponding of economics and S&T in China,as can be divided into five kinds,those are developed-corresponding,developing-corresponding,straggling-corresponding,S&T-leading and economy-leading.更多还原
