【摘要】 目的观察清导化湿法内外结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及其安全性。方法将120例UC患者随机分成中药组68例、西药组52例。中药组以清导化湿法为主,辨证分型中药口服结合灌肠;西药组口服加灌肠治疗,均用柳氮磺胺吡啶片,两组疗程均为60d。分别观察临床疗效、中医临床症状、肠镜检查结果变化等。结果中药组与西药组在综合疗效和肠镜检查结果比较无著性差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后主要临床症状改善有显著性差异(P<0.05),中药组无不良反应。结论清导化湿法内外结合治疗UC疗效显著,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-clearing and dampness-resolving therapy for ulcerative colitis and its safety. Methods 120 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 68 cases were orally and rectally treated by Chinese medicine and control group in which 52 cases were orally and rectally treated by Western medicine, with a course of 60 days. The clinical efficacy, symptoms and enteroscopic examination were observed. Results There was no significance between two groups in clinical efficacy and enteroscopic examination (P > 0.05), but there was a difference in clinical symptoms(P < 0.05); no side effects were found in treatment group. Conclusion This therapy is quite effective for ulcerative colitis.更多还原
