【摘要】 目的观察益智健脑汤治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将108例血管性痴呆患者随机分为治疗组55例和对照组53例,两组均予以常规控制血压,抗血小板聚集,营养神经等对症支持治疗,治疗组在以上治疗基础上予以中药益智健脑汤口服,1个月为1个疗程,均连续治疗2个疗程,观察两组综合疗效、血液流学变化情况、血脂水平及不良反应。结果治疗组在综合疗效、MMSE及ADL评分、血液流变学指标、调节血脂代谢方面,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),且未发现明显毒副反应。结论益智健脑汤治疗血管性痴呆安全、有效,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Yizhi Jiannao Decoction" in the treatment of vascular dementia. Method 108 patients with vascular dementia were randomized into treatment group (n=55) and control group (n=53). Both of the groups were treated with routine support treatments. Besides, treatment group also took "Yizhi Jiannao Decoction" orally. The total curative effect, the score of MMSE and ADL, the levels of hemorheology indexes, blood-fat level and adverse reactions were observed. Results Treatment group surpassed the control group in the total curative effects, MMSE and ADL score, hemorheology indexes and blood lipid metabolism(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). No adverse reactions were found. Conclusion "Yizhi Jiannao Decoction" is safe and effective for vascular dementia.更多还原
