【Abstract】 Animal model is the chief factor in empirical study and animal model research with Chinese medical syndrome of cervical spondylopathy(CS) has become the essential problem in the research of combination of TCM with Western medicine. Here we discuss something about CS as follows: disease and Chinese medical syndrome; morbid model and animal model with different Chinese medical syndromes; animal model research combining disease with syndrome including choosing animal, methods of making model and model evaluation, especially from molding at equal pace, combining disease with syndrome,gene knock-out and transgenic technology.更多还原
