【摘要】 实验采用SPF小型猪建立猪链球菌2型的动物模型,将14头SPF小型猪随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组肌肉注射2 mL的1×109 CFU.mL-1菌液,对照组注射2 mL无菌培养基。攻毒后利用细菌培养和PCR技术定期检测体内血液和组织中的细菌动态分布情况。实验发现SS2侵入血液的速度很快;扁桃体是该菌的定植器官,SS2对肝脏、肾脏等实质器官的黏附性无明显差异;只有出现神经症状及死亡仔猪,才能从脑组织中分离到SS2,说明细菌突破血脑屏障,进入大脑可能是引发脑膜炎的前提。试验为研究该病的致病机理提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Establishment disease model of Streptococcus suis type 2(SS2) using SPF mini-swine.14 pigs were randomly divided into control and test groups.The test group was intramuscular injected with 2 mL of 1×109 CFU·mL-1 SS2 while the control was received with 2 mL germfree culture medium.Then the distribution of SS2 in blood and certain organs was examed by PCR and germ culture assay.The results showed that SS2 was rapidly detected in blood and tonsil was its replicated site.No difference of invasive ability was observed when SS2 attacked such essential organs as liver and kidney.The bacterium can be separated from brain only when the pigs showed neurosis signs or dead,which explained that occurrence of SS2 in brain is essential for meningitis.This study can be taken as basic research of SS2 pathogenic mechanism.更多还原
