【摘要】 探讨高血压对中老年眼底动脉硬化的影响,为开展点预防保健工作提供依据.从上海某高校2005年、2006年年龄在45~85岁之间的中老年教职工体检资料,将它们分成5组:正常(对照)、高血压、高血糖、高甘油三酯和高总胆固醇,然后比较它们眼底动脉硬化发病率的差异.2005年和2006年受检中老年教职工的眼底动脉硬化检出率分别为33.35%和32.08%;高血压者的眼底动脉硬化检出率分别为61.86%和54.79%,显著地高于高血糖、高甘油三脂、高总胆固醇者检出者的眼底动脉硬化检出率(P<0.01),也显著地高于血压正常者和血压偏低者的眼底动脉硬化检出率(P<0.01);血压偏低者的眼底动脉硬化率最低,分别为9.68%和6.52%.高校防治教职工的动脉硬化,重点是做好中老年教职工高血压的预防工作.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the effect of hypertension on the eyeground arteriosclerosis of middle and old aged people and give important reference to their future health care.Method University staff aged from 45 to 85 from two physical examinations of one university in 2005 and 2006 was selected as subjects and catalogued into 5 groups-normal(the control),hypertension,hyperglycemia,hyper-triglyceridemia and hypercholesterolemia.Comparison of the check-out rate of eyeground artherosclerosis(CREA) were compared between each group.Result The CREAs of middle and old aged university staff were 33.35% and(32.08%)in 2005 and 2006 respectively;and the CREAs of group hypertension were 61.86% in 2005 and 54.79% in 2006,which were significantly greater than that of either group hyperglycemia,or hyper-triglyceridemia or hypercholesterolemia(P<0.01),and were significantly greater than that of group hypotension and group normal blood pressure(P<0.01) as well;the CREAs of group hypotension were 9.68% in 2005 and 6.52% in 2006,which were the lowest among all groups.The key to control atherosclerosis is well precautious to hypertension of middle and old age people.更多还原
