【Abstract】 The pro-embryoids of Dendrobium candidum were cultured in Liquid suspension medium with different conditions.The propagation of pro-embryoid and polysaccharide accumulation was investigated.The results showed that the 1/2MS medium with 1.0mg/L NAA and 3% sucrose or 10% extract from banana was the most propitious to the proliferation and the accumulation of polysaccharides of the pro-embryoids.Inoculation with 2g pro-embeyoids in 20mL liquid medium was the most suitable density for pro-embryoid proliferation and polysaccharides accumulation.更多还原
