不锈钢纤维混纺织物的抗静电功能与风格

【摘要】 基于对表观直径12μm、长45 mm的不锈钢纤维与1.33 dtex、长40 mm的阻燃粘胶纤维基本性能的研究,设计了10种不锈钢纤维含量1%~40%与阻燃粘胶的混纺纱线及织物,实验分析了不锈钢纤维混纺织物力学、电学、热学、光学等主要特性,得出织物中不锈钢纤维含量1%时即可得到抗静电性能极好的静电耗散纺织品;含量在10%~40%时可制成静电导体、导电织物静电屏蔽材料;混纺织物的强伸性、绝热、透湿率、对可见光的反射率等主要风格随不锈钢纤维含量增加均呈下降趋势。

【Abstract】 Based on the apparent diameter of 12 μm long 45mm stainless steel fiber and linear density 1.33 dtex and long 40 mm flame retardant viscose,the design and development of the stainless steel fiber content of 1 % to 40 % of the 10 types of yarns and fabrics.Experimental study of the stainless steel fibers blended fabric mechanical,electrical,thermal,optical and other main characteristics,Fabrics come stainless steel fiber content of 1% excellent antistatic properties available static dissipative textiles;the content of 10 % to 40 % electrostatic conductor made of conductive fabric electrostatic shielding materials;fabric strength,insulation,moisture permeability rate,right visible reflectance of the main style with stainless steel fiber content increases showed declining trends in major conclusions.Among the research methods and conclusions can be similar functional product development reference.
