低配棉4．2 tex紧密纺精梳棉纱的工艺研究

【摘要】 纺制特细特棉纱所需的原棉品质要求高,且工艺难度大。文章以4．2tex紧密精梳棉纱为例,在自行改造的紧密纺机台上对低配棉特细特紧密精梳棉纱进行了试纺,介绍了试纺的工艺条件和成纱质量,证实利用紧密纺技术开发低配棉特细特精梳棉纱更加可行。

【Abstract】 The cotton quality is highly required when superfine cotton yarn is spun.And its processing technology is also difficult.In this article,taking 4.2 tex compact combed cotton yarn for example,low mixed cotton superfine yarn is tried to be spun on the reconstruc- tured compact-spinning frame with processing conditions and the formed yarn quality introduced.It will be more feasible to use compact spin- ning technology to develop superfine cotton yarn.
